About Us

Pampered Pet Sitting is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. We are committed to meeting and EXCEEDING those needs and expectations. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.

Why Pampered Pet Sitting? I am the owner and actively walk dogs every day for this business along with the other awesome, animal lovers who work for me. They are all employees and not independent contractors. They have all been background screened and trained and have met all of our clients before ever walking into a clients home to care for their pets.

We are in our 11th year of business without one insurance claim due to our negligence! I am most proud of this accomplishment. We have NEVER had a claim on our bond.

Our Employees are covered under our Worker's Compensation Policy, should they be injured on the job or on your property.

We fall in love with your pets! They are cared for lovingly and safely to your specifications.

We would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the industry.

We've always had pets growing up and I love them unconditionally. I've been watching pets for my neighbors and family for years. My children were growing up and in 2009 I decided to start Pampered Pet SittingService LLC as a means of having a flexible work schedule to meet the needs of my family and to foster the true love of pets that I've always had at a REASONABLE price for families in my community.

Pampered Pet Sitting Service LLC is a registered Corporation, insured and bonded.

The walkers who work for us are employees of our company and not Independent Contractors. They are each covered under a Workers Compensation policy and Bond provided by Travelers Insurance.

I am a member of Pet Sitter's International since founding my business, January 1, 2009.

We utilize a State of the Art scheduling software called Time to Pet. Our clients have an app on their phone, as do our employees. As we enter your home, we start our app. There is a timer on the app for the length of time the visit is scheduled. Pertinent information about your pets and routine are in the app and it is customizable for ease in making changes on the client end as well. After the visit is completed, and as we leave your home, we press END and a report card page allows us to write a short note about the visit and how your pets were, what they did and a photo from the visit can be added. We hit submit and in real-time, you get a notification on your phone and an email with the report card. If you have a question, you can ask it in the app and we can reply back. Clients can request future visits right in the app as well as request changes or cancel visits.

I am very flexible with scheduling. We want to be able to help you when you need it. I don't have a formal cancellation policy. Our clients can cancel same day in the morning and we don't charge for the visit. As long as we aren't on our way, we are very lenient in cancellations.

At the end of the day, each client has my personal cell phone (609-440-6032). I am reachable by calling or texting. If I cannot answer right away, I will call you right back. In this wonderful Technological Age, it is important that our clients know they can reach me personally if need be.

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH SENIOR CARE

I have personal experience particularly in senior pet care. Our own beloved Cocoa, an 'almost' 13 year old chocolate lab, had endured two ACL surgeries during her lifetime and I, along with my husband John, gently and lovingly cared for her during her recovery from both surgeries and rehabilitation. We lost Cocoa December 8th, 2008, just ten days after her nose began bleeding from nasal tumors we were told, and after many trips to and from the vet's office, emergency room and our home where we cared for our girl, many emails to and from our most compassionate and loving vet, Dr. Russell Howe-Smith, we lost our girl. During her senior years, Cocoa was on many medications daily and required a special kind of loving, tender care that we were honored to provide her. She still loved to play ball even up to a week before her death. We miss her tons!

Two days after Cocoa passed away, our then nine year old son called a family meeting. We sat around our kitchen table and asked what was on his mind. Not knowing what he wanted to say, we were brought to tears when he proudly announced that we should get a puppy, that we have a big back yard and lots of love to give and that we are all sad over Cocoa and missed her so much, he wanted all of us to be happy again too. Well, we cried, and I'm crying now just thinking about that moment and how John and I and our children felt that day, but for ourselves and for our children we agreed with Billy and began our research for the right puppy for our family. Through grief and tears, my husband said we'd have to get another female lab, like Cocoa, but not a chocolate. Cocoa was our chocolate lab and we would get either a black lab or a yellow lab, and let our children choose.

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE IN PUPPY CARE

Bella, our yellow lab is here now, living with us with all of her puppy energy, puppy love and even puppy bites. I'm loving our new baby and she's growing and living with leaps and bounds. I'm in the process of going through puppy training with her and sharing what I learn with my many new puppy clients.

Our son was right, Bella has brought an enormous amount of joy to our home and family. We miss our girl Cocoa so much, she was such a good girl.

Ironically, Bella will be 11 years old this October, 2019. She's doing well!

We are able to lovingly help you crate train your puppy with our knowledge and experience!!!
